BP Real Estate Investors Launches As Private Equity Investor

LOS ANGELES, CA – May 1, 2013 – BP Real Estate Investors (BPREI), a joint venture of Barker Pacific Group (“BPG”) and Palladian Capital Advisors (“Palladian”) has launched as a real estate private equity investor focused on value-add and opportunistic situations.

BPREI will execute two identified strategies:

  • Value-add assets in urban and suburban Western United States commercial markets, with flexibility to pursue deal flow elsewhere opportunistically (“Acquisition Strategy”)
  • Off-market, complex, or structured finance commercial real estate opportunities, leveraging the BPREI’s knowledge in tax, bankruptcy, restructuring and capital raising (“Merger Strategy”)
